Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Cardiac Stepdown PCU. You will work with medical providers to support pre- and post-operative nursing care and advocate for patients.

You will assess patient status at admission and with each shift, document care in the patient medical record, administer prescribed medications, and stay current on cardiac procedures and equipment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (United States).
• ACLS certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in nursing.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
