Endeavor Health, a large integrated health system, seeks an experienced RN for the Cardiac Rehab program in Arlington Heights. The role entails applying nursing processes to patient care, ensuring safety, and guiding staff within a collaborative team.

Qualified candidates will have an Illinois RN license, ACLS/CPR credentials, and a year of staff-nurse experience, with CCU/ICU/ER exposure preferred. The position offers competitive pay and benefits in a stable organization committed to community

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a staff nurse; critical care experience preferred (CCU, ICU, ER, Cath lab).
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Communicates effectively and is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• ACLS will be required within six months of hire.

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Integrates evidence-based practice and research findings into nursing practice.
• Recognizes and adjusts to situations that vary from the norm.
• Promotes safety measures to prevent patient and staff injuries.
• Guides and supervises staff in the provision of patient care.
• Enhances own professional growth and development.
• Maintains a safe therapeutic working environment and recognizes need for action in emergency situations.
• Documentation is thoroughly and timely completed
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
