You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care tailored to patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and safety. The role requires an Arkansas RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN), and BLS certification, plus direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN license and an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in direct patient care in hospital or clinical settings.
• Solid knowledge of medical/surgical nursing principles and patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vitals, meds, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
• Utilize telemetry to monitor cardiac patients and respond to changes.
• Advocate for patient needs while following nursing standards.
• Document patient information and communicate with the care team.
• Assist in pediatric nursing when required and participate in quality initiatives.
