In anticipation of our opening, select roles will begin as early as Fall 2026 , allowing you to complete comprehensive orientation and training at our nationally recognized Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospitals. This immersive experience ensures you are fully prepared, aligned with our culture, and equipped with the highest standards of clinical excellence before the Frisco campus opens.

Required Experience: 1yr PCU RN experience
Preferred Experience: 1yr PCU RN experience plus at least 6 months CVICU or ICU experience
Orientation will be held at The Heart Hospital Plano location: 1100 Allied Drive, Plano, TX 75093

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
