Job summary

System Support is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Surgical Advanced Care HVICU Step-Down at Miami Valley Hospital. This is a full-time night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, 72 hours per pay, with a sign-on bonus.

The clinical nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, upholds high standards of patient care, and ensures compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies. A BSN is preferred and an Ohio RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong organization skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct care delivered by the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain high standards for a caseload of patients per the area scope of practice.
