Our 5 labs Incorporate Cardiac Catheterization, Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Electrophysiology services. We offer a full array of Diagnostic & Interventional procedures in state of the art imaging suites, including our Hybrid OR which is utilized for TAVRs, AAA repairs, Carotid interventions, and other “hybrid” type procedures. Kadlec is a nationally accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, Washington State Designated Level 1 Comprehensive Cardiac Center, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association “Cardiac Care Center of Excellence.” Kadlec is the only hospital in the region that can treat heart attacks by immediately opening the artery with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) while having Open Heart Surgery backup onsite.
This position is in our Cardiovascular Pre & Post unit that preps and recovers patients who are at the hospital for scheduled procedures within the Cardiovascular Labs. You will be responsible to review complete history, do thorough assessments, coordinate with care team for medication management, assist in minor bedside procedures, manage patients waiting for bed placement, complete phase 2 recovery and discharge, and other duties assigned with goals of ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient patient flow. The hours of operation for this unit are Monday-Friday 6am to 6pm.
