Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is looking for an experienced Cath Lab Tech with at least 24 months of experience to join their team in Tucson, AZ. The role requires flexibility to float between South Campus and Tucson, handle call requirements, and assist with Electrophysiology cases. Candidates must have current Life Support certifications and no hits on their state license. Qualifications

Three 12-hour shifts per week, with days varying. Shift time is from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech, preferably with Electrophysiology (EP) experience, to join our team. The position requires floating between South Campus and Tucson. Candidates will be expected to handle call requirements, including late calls, overnights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform various procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist with Electrophysiology cases as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient care.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 24 months of Cath Lab experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Current Life Support certifications (BLS & ACLS) from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Experience with Cerner EMR and Philips imaging is preferred.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license to verify residency.
