Job summary

Mercy Hospital St Louis Cath Lab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the FT day shift, 7:30am–4pm, with call required. This role uses the nursing process to deliver patient care and coordinates care with other departments. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Requirements include a Nursing degree from an accredited school, an active MO RN license, and BLS certification; BSN preferred. Mercy offers day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, and employer-matched retirement plans

Qualifications

• Experienced RN with at least one year of Cath Lab or critical care experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
