Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of practice or a compact license.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Experience with EPIC or other major EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures.
Monitor patients during procedures and assess for signs of distress.
Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol.
Maintain sterile technique and operate Cath Lab equipment.
Document patient responses, medications, and procedure outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cardiac care.

Key Duties

Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures (angioplasty, stent placements, etc.)
Monitor patients during procedures and assess for signs of distress
Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol
Maintain sterile techniques and operate Cath Lab equipment
Accurately document patient responses, medications, and procedure outcomes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiac care

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license
