INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley in Yukon, OK is seeking a Night Shift iFlex RN Float Pool to deliver nursing care across hospital units. This full-time role requires flexibility to float to different departments and provide patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning and implementing care, documenting outcomes, supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, and guiding learners.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN patient care experience within the past 3 years.
• Current Oklahoma RN license or multistate license (eNLC)
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 30 days of hire
• Effective English communication

• Develops plan of care.
• Implements appropriate patient care interventions.

Responsibilities

The iFlex RN Float Pool position works in a float pool unit and fulfills short-term assignments in hospital units / departments as a Staff Registered Nurse assuming the responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. iFlex RN Float Pool are flexible and willing to accept assignments in various departments at any facility in their designated float pool area.

The iFlex RN Float Pool manages the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessments/re assessments.
• Develops plan of care.
• Implements appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluates appropriate patient care interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.
• Understands expectations and agrees to follow the iFlex RN Float Pool guidelines.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years. (2 year LPN or Paramedic experience = 1 year RN)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
