Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a progressive community healthcare team in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. The role offers both day and night shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, vital sign measurements, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Ohio RN licensure and ACLS/CPR credentials are required or obtainable soon after employment.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in Ohio.
• BSN or ADN required and Ohio RN registration.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of employment; ACLS within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Takes and records measurements or readings.
• Assesses condition and provides treatment.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides leadership while collaborating with other care givers.
• Supports HFAP readiness on an ongoing basis.
• Assists with patient rounds.
