The George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced RN for its Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department to provide critical care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with teaching and research opportunities.

The George Washington University Hospital Emergency Department is a 62-bed, 24/7 Level I Trauma Center that provides comprehensive care for patients with acute illness, trauma, and critical emergencies. Our ED features resuscitation rooms, fast-track areas, and dedicated spaces for trauma, cardiac, and stroke care, supported by advanced diagnostic and surgical services. Team members work alongside board-certified emergency physicians, nurse practitioners, and highly skilled emergency-trained nurses in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on exceptional, patient-centered care.
As a Registered Nurse in our Level I Trauma Center's Emergency Department, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to patients with urgent and life-threatening medical conditions. Our Emergency Department is known for its fast-paced environment and its commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research. You will work alongside a dedicated team of medical professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to patients and their families during critical times.
