The George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced RN for its Level I Trauma Center Emergency Department to provide critical care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with teaching and research opportunities.

You will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care, perform assessments, administer medications, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BSN or current enrollment required.
• DC RN license or eligibility required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an emergency department or critical care setting preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification within 1 year of hire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations.

As a Registered Nurse in our Level I Trauma Center's Emergency Department, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care to patients with urgent and life-threatening medical conditions.
