Job summary

WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC supports an experienced Registered Nurse joining a fast-paced Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy team in New York. You will administer clinical care, educate patients, and coordinate care for HSCT and CAR-T therapies, ensuring safety and quality throughout treatment itineraries.

The role emphasizes strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking in a highly specialized hematology/oncology setting; the schedule includes daytime hours with some weekend

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Hematology/oncology experience required.
• Oncology certification required.
• BLS - AHA only.
• Telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for HSCT and cellular therapy patients.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effects.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams and services.

Job description

Pay rate starting $60/hr

We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced and growing Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy team.

This RN will provide clinical care, patient education, and care coordination for patients receiving advanced hematology/oncology treatments, including chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T infusions.

Schedule

• 36 or 40 hours/week
• Primarily weekdays
• Weekend and holiday rotation per unit policy
• Options for 4x10-hour shifts or 3x9-hour shifts

Requirements

• Active NYS RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
• Hematology/oncology experience required
• Oncology certification required
• BLS - AHA only
• Telemetry experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
