The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, under Ohio Nurse Practice Act guidelines, within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Key duties include initial and ongoing health status assessment, care planning with multidisciplinary teams, and continuous improvement of clinical quality and patient safety.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required after 5 years of employment.
