Quincy Medical Group in the United States seeks a Birthing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered support to mothers and families during labor and delivery. You will work with providers and the care team to create a safe, supportive birth experience, adapting to each patient’s needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements include an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current CPR/BLS certification.

As a Birthing Assistant at Quincy Medical Group, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered support to mothers and families throughout labor and delivery. Working collaboratively with providers and the care team, you will help create a safe, supportive birthing experience while responding to the individual needs and preferences of each patient. This role is ideal for an experienced clinical professional who is comfortable working independently, responds calmly to changing patient needs, and values being part of a collaborative team during an important moment in a family's care.
PRN position with hours scheduled based on departmental needs and staffing coverage. Flexible scheduling, including weekday shifts as needed. No guaranteed minimum hours. May provide coverage for vacations, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs.
