Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Meridian, ID is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in an adult inpatient setting. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.

The role requires licensure as an RN in the state, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and proficiency with EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of EMR systems; KIPU preferred.
• Adherence to licensure requirements and ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Interact routinely with patients and communicate observations.
• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Maintain safety and de-escalation as needed.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with treatment team on plans and discharge.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report needs.
• Monitor vital signs and document in records.
