Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking a registered nurse to join the Recover/Adult Psych department for night shift. You will apply the nursing process and the training provided to deliver safe, therapeutic and compassionate patient care, while working with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
New RN graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas are welcome. BSN preferred. CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS may be required in some areas.

Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care. Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team. RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided. Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
