LaborEdge, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Youth Recovery Center in Colorado. This 13-week contract position focuses on nursing adolescents aged 15-18 in a residential treatment setting.
The role requires an active Colorado RN license, a minimum of 2 years in adolescent psychiatric or addiction treatment, and a current BLS certification. Night shifts are 12 hours with rotating weekends, vaccines required, and travel support offered.

- Minimum of 2 years RN work experience in adolescent psychiatric or addiction treatment.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Fingerprint-based national criminal history check completed within the last 30 days.
- Flu vaccine required – no exemptions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' health status, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
- Engage with clients in recreational and therapeutic activities.

The Youth Recovery Center (YRC) is a specialized residential treatment center dedicated to helping adolescents ages 15-18 in their recovery from addiction and addressing their mental health needs. We are seeking Registered Nurses with a passion for working with the adolescent population to join our team.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' health status, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
- Engage with clients in recreational and therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
