The RN Bed Management Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing patient flow throughout the hospital system by coordinating bed assignments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and supporting patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes through the utilization of the bed tracking system. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and facilities to provide quality care to patients.
Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in acute care settings, with a preference for experience in emergency/critical care nursing, bed management, patient flow, or nursing administration.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Training / Certification / Licensure: Current New Jersey RN license required. CPR/BLS/ACLS required.
Hourly Rate: $37.21 - $57.68
The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
