Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled in‑home nursing care in the Tri‑Cities, WA area. The role supports patients directly in their homes with a nurse‑led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Flexible weekend shifts are included with benefits eligibility. Shifts: FT with Sat/Sun 12‑hour days; compensation ranges from $48 to $58 per hour, depending on experience and market factors.

Qualifications

Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) | Tri-Cities, WA

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one‑on‑one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission‑driven, nurse‑led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Shifts: FT position with benefits eligibility. Sat/Sun (2) 12 hours shifts. Work 24 hours being paid out at 30.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. $48 - $58/hr. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.
