Woodway Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing. The ADON will help plan, organize, and direct our nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care.

We offer a sign-on bonus, and a benefits package including dental, vision, life, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and daily pay. LTC management experience is required for this role.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care management is mandatory.
