Bowling Green Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green, VA seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the nursing team and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care.

You will ensure compliance with regulations, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and safety. This salaried role requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to uphold “Care Beyond Compare.”

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN licensure in Virginia.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong clinical nursing knowledge and patient care expertise.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse healthcare team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• This is a salaried/exempt position.

Responsibilities

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership, guidance, and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. What You'll Do

• Support the Director of Nursing in providing leadership and oversight to the nursing team.

What You Need

• Active unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
