Qualifications

• Supervises care with high visibility to patients, families and staff.
• Collaborates with leadership to meet unit goals on patient experience and staff engagement.
• Recruitment, retention, coaching, training, evaluations and schedule planning.
• Leads workflow implementation and resource management in clinic.
• Maintains staff competency records and supports quality audits.
