Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN required, BSN preferred).
• Licensed RN in NH, MA, or compact state with current BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior experience in ambulatory care or anticoagulation management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and education to patients on anticoagulant therapy.
• Monitor and adjust anticoagulation plans under provider guidance.
• Perform INR testing and interpret results.
