UnitedHealth Group in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide personalized patient care and assist in coordinating care with the care team.

The role requires WA RN licensure and Basic Life Support; 2+ years of RN experience is preferred. The position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package with competitive hourly wages.

The RN's primary role is to provide personalized patient care; support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties and assisting in the coordination of patient care. The RN's communication, conduct and performance should support the clinics efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs. Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints
• Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems
• Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary
• Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

• 2+ years of experience working as an Registered Nurse

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
