Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Jackson, MI, working in the operating room within an ambulatory setting. You will coordinate and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Michigan RN licensure, current BLS or ACLS, and completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation. A BSN is preferred to support growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy.
• Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate, quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and education.
• Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and teaching for patients and families.
• Effectively communicate with the health care team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current knowledge in your area of specialty.

Education
