• Communicates status of daily operations to Manager or Director and communicate problems hindering workflow in a timely manner.
• Handles patient/family or staff complaints, investigates and makes recommendations on resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).


• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

• Organizes and executes daily tasks in appropriate priority to achieve optimal productivity, accountability and efficiency.


• Maintains functional knowledge of operational areas and is able to step into staffing as needed.


• Ensures that patient satisfaction is being met and reported to Manager or Director any issues.


• Assists with annual budget process.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to assist patients and move equipment and supplies.


• Lifting up to 60 pounds, pushing carts, positioning patients, less than 50% of work time.


• May require bending and stretching movements.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Clinical environment.


• Regular and constant exposure to communicable disease and bloodborne pathogens.
