Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership with Gundersen Health System, is seeking an RN Ambulatory Clinical Documentation Specialist. The role is remote (must live in WI, IA or MN) with occasional on-site meetings, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week).

Salary ranges from $65,312 to $100,526 based on experience. Responsibilities include contributing to the CDI program, implementing quality controls, overseeing daily workflows, and supporting staff development and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin upon hire.
• 3-4 years nursing experience with training/education.
