Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking a Certified Mobile Research Nurse (PRN) to coordinate mobile visits for adolescent study participants. You will work with Clinical Project Managers and site staff to schedule visits, perform IV infusions, collect vital signs, and document findings accurately.

Requires an active RN license, 2 years of phlebotomy/IV experience, and CPR and TB testing current. Visits run M–F during regular business hours; per diem compensation includes hourly pay plus

• RN with active license in practicing state(s).
• 2 years’ phlebotomy/IV and subcutaneous injections experience preferred.
• 1 year of vital signs, ECG, urine collection, and pregnancy testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments within visitation window to complete mobile visits.
• Visit adolescent participants and collect required data and samples.
• Document medical history and medication information accurately.

Summary

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing per diem/PRN position for EmVenio. An EmVenio CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for studyparticipants. You’ll work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation.

We are looking for CMRNs to visit an Adolescent population who can perform the following skills during a mobile visit:

• IP preparation and administration via IV infusion
• Vital sign collection before and after dose
• Accessing a port
• Visits are to be completed M-F during standard business hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two (2) years’ experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
• Must have and maintain a current TB Test

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
• An ability to speak other languages

Standard Rate: $60.00 Hourly plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.
