Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan using evidence-based nursing processes. This role requires adherence to hospital policies, ongoing professional growth, and accountability for maintaining high standards of practice.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of nursing with Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, and relevant hospital experience.

He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
