Qualifications

• BSN required.

• RN-Registered Nurse. BLS and ACLS by American Heart Association.
• Professional national leadership certification or as determined by the operating unit CNO within one year after hire.

• Oversee the work of team members providing direct and indirect patient/nursing care.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and enhance patient/family experience.
• Lead staffing decisions with Charge Nurses and Department Leads and resolve operational issues.
