Logan Health in Kalispell, MT, is seeking an experienced RN to join its 40-bed Acute Care Unit. This night-shift, full-time role offers excellent patient ratios and a collaborative team environment.

You will provide individualized nursing care, implement orders, and educate patients and families while maintaining infection control standards in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or compact license.
• BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred (hospital, clinic, or physician office).
• BLS/CPR required; additional certifications as applicable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control.
• Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process.
• Implement provider orders accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate and assess patient needs; coordinate timely interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health and medical needs.
• Document patient encounters per organizational standards.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, effective care.
