Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO, seeks an RN for a full-time onsite role in the Centralized Sitter Program. You will perform direct patient care using the nursing process, work with a multidisciplinary team, and precept new staff. Night shifts offer additional incentives and a supportive atmosphere for patient safety.

The position requires RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and 6 months of RN experience; a BSN is preferred. Onsite only, with a comprehensive rewards program and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS/CPR certified before start date; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.

• Precept and mentor new staff; participate in clinical education.
