Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, plan and evaluate patient care, and collaborate with families to provide culturally sensitive, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
