Night Shift Incentive Program

Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a qualified nurse for an onsite role at UCHealth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, Aurora, CO. This full-time position offers day and night rotation with a night shift incentive program and a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.

The role emphasizes direct patient care in Acute Care units, with a strong multidisciplinary team and a commitment to safety and quality. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved program.
• RN licensure required.
• 6 months of RN experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross before start date.

Responsibilities

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs and LPNs

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years‘ experience. Preferred: Bachelor‘s degree in Nursing.State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).6 months of nursing (RN) experience.BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
