Job summary

AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem roles across its Massachusetts facilities. The position offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time applicants and a starting rate of $41.00 per hour plus shift differentials.

The RN will manage individualized patient care, take vital signs, administer medications, and supervise treatment plans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. MA license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current MA Nursing License
• Active applicable state licensure
• American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS
• Clean background check and clean drug screen
• Nursing Experience
• Requires stamina and physical strength
• Infection control
• Administering medication

Responsibilities

• The Nurse is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients’ health.
• The Nurse will assure that the safety and physical comfort of the patient are met as well as the patient’s emotional needs.
