Job summary

Avir Vista in Texas is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family. The 6a-2p shift focuses on providing direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

You will supervise day-to-day nursing activities on your assigned unit and work within a team that values comfort, dignity and exceptional care for those in need. Qualified applicants hold a valid Texas RN license and CPR certification; IV certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license and CPR certification required.
• Long-term care nursing knowledge and practice.
• IV certification preferred.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of the assigned unit.
