Eligible external hires may receive a hiring bonus up to $10,000. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Alaska RN license at hire, BLS certification, and 1 year of nursing experience.

Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
