MercyOne Health System in Des Moines, IA is seeking an RN for a part-time 12-hour night shift on a 40-bed medical-surgical unit.
You will deliver nursing care, coordinate with team members, and support admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
The role requires Iowa RN licensure, BLS certification, and willingness to rotate shifts including weekends and holidays.
Part time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift
Bonus structure: Up to $20,000 for relocation and sign-on based on experience: 0-1 years $10,000; 1-3 years $15,000; 3+ years $20,000.
5 South is a 40-bed, fast-paced, team-oriented, medical-surgical unit caring for acutely ill adults specializing in urology, nephrology, trauma, and colorectal surgery, and general body systems. Our many specialties and diverse patient population will provide daily challenges and vast opportunities to develop a wide breadth of nursing knowledge and hone the valuable nursing skills so important in nursing development in future applications across all specialties. We partner with our Virtual Nurse partners to provide collaborative patient care utilizing virtual and bedside nursing.
Schedule: 36 hours/week 3, 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) Day, and Night Shift Available
