Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care for our residents in Jacksonville, IL. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts are available, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options as part of a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing.
Promote restorative care to encourage residents’ independence and well-being.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing care provided.
Support and mentor nursing staff in a positive, patient-centered environment.
Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards.
Work in an environment that prioritizes mentorship, growth, and professional development.
