Job summary

Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Sarasota is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for the 3rd shift (6 PM – 6:30 AM). The facility, a 120-bed unit on 53+ acres in Sarasota, offers walk-in interviews Tuesdays 11 AM to 4 PM at 5381 Desoto Rd, Sarasota, FL 34243, with competitive starting rates and shift differentials.

Candidates must be a graduate of a nursing program, hold an active RN license, and have at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for residents in long-term and/or rehabilitation care.
• Delivers nursing care and implements the plan of care.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing staff.
• Maintains documentation per facility policies.
• Works rotating shifts, holidays and weekends as scheduled.
