Job summary

Encompass Health Salisbury is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide highly personalized, compassionate care in a rehabilitation setting. You will support patients along their recovery path, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and guiding individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have experience in rehab. We emphasize patient-centered care, family involvement, and ongoing professional growth within a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
