Wood County is seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct resident care in a behavioral health and long-term care setting. The role includes coordinating with the care team, administering medications, and supporting staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

*Nurse to client ratio is 1:12 with two CNA’s on LTC. 1:6 on hospital with two CNA’s or 1:12 with three CNA’s. All staff trained in Vistelar de-escalation techniques and additional specific behavioral health trainings.

Job Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Nursing, one to two years nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Wisconsin Registered Nurse license required.
