Basic Purpose

Provides direct and indirect patient care. Communicates with physicians aboutchanges in patient's clinical condition including assessment, planning and implementation of patientcare. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Is able to perform general nursing duties in all nursing departments with adequate training and supervision. Participates in departmental PI improvement projects.

Qualifications
