You will supervise the activities of clinical staff on your unit, provide guidance and education, and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring infection prevention practices and adequate staffing for residents.

• Must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa RN license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
