Atrium Centers is a 39-bed facility offering a weekend-only RN role with a flexible start time (2p–4p) and 8-hour shifts. You’ll join a smaller, calmer environment, where nurses are supported and valued, not treated as numbers.

The role emphasizes direct nursing care, medication administration, and mentoring nursing assistants, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts for extra income and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Medication administration and IV certification required.
• Strong knowledge of state nursing regulations and standards.
• Passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as needed.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role).
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Support residents with compassion and strong clinical judgment.
