About the Job:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to patients, supervising care treatment and services provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff on the assigned unit and shift. The nurse develops, implements, and evaluates individual care plans for each client, conducts assessments and re-assessments, and communicates pertinent information with the interdisciplinary team. Reporting client concerns and changes in condition to supervisors or physicians in a timely manner is essential.
