Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for an OB/GYN fertility setting in Massachusetts. The role features 4x10 hour shifts (7:30 am–6:00 pm or 8:00 am–6:00 pm), with on-site triage, patient education, and coordination of care across treatment cycles.

Responsibilities include triage, fertility/IVF support, EMR documentation, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current BLS certification.
• OB/GYN nursing experience is required.
• Strong assessment and patient education skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse.

Schedule: 4 days per week, 4x10 hr shifts | 7:30 am - 6pm OR 8:am-6pm is okay too.

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and telephone triage, assessing patient symptoms and determining appropriate levels of care.
• Coordinate care for fertility and IVF patients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up throughout treatment cycles.
• Review, communicate, and document laboratory and diagnostic test results according to provider protocols.
• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous OB/GYN nursing experience required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
