Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while coordinating team activities to ensure quality outcomes. RN licensure in Georgia and BCLS are required; additional certifications may be pursued within 180 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• No experience required. New graduates eligible. Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• The staff nurse coordinates patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
