Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate patient care, provide direct nursing services, and educate patients and families across the care continuum. The RN will work within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

This non-exempt, full-time role offers a 12-hour day/night rotation, 72 hours per pay period, and a starting hourly rate of $36.78 with a path for advancement. Travel not required; location is in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate of a nursing program.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or Mayo Clinic RN/LPN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking; able to work in a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, direct patient care, and education across the care continuum.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Drive effective care transitions and clear communication within the team.
• A subset may be required to drive their personal vehicle as part of the role.
